The equipment is applicable to the pressure pulse test of rubber hose, automobile brake pipe, power steering pipe, clutch pipe, automobile air conditioner and radiator hose, and can also conduct pulse test on some small pipe fittings and connectors.
The pulse tester is mainly used for the delivery inspection of the following parts: automotive hoses: steering pipes, brake pipes, air conditioning pipes, fuel pipes, cooling water pipes, radiator hoses, heating hoses, air filter hoses, turbocharging system hoses, engineering hydraulic hoses; Aviation hoses and manifolds; Impulse test of other hard pipes or joints, as well as automobile brake pump, radiator, oil cooler and cylinder block. The pulse test bench consists of three main parts:
1. Hydraulic system: circulating pump, pulse generator.
2. Test cabinet: mainly used for installing the tested parts to be tested, regulating the pressure and indicating the system pressure.
3. Electrical control cabinet and computer test system: the start button and instrument are installed on the console for centralized control and monitoring. The computer system can collect the test pressure waveform, test times, pulse frequency and other parameters, and has the function of report printing and fault notification.
